Amy Richter
President/CEO:
Amy received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Nazareth College of Rochester in May of 1996. She spent the first 2 years out of college working as a technical support/network administrator for a Management Consultant Firm and a Law Firm in Boston, Massachusetts. From there, Amy worked for 3 years for a software company in Bedford Massachusetts on their sales team providing training and marketing materials for potential and existing clients. Upon moving to Arizona in 2001, Amy continued her sales and marketing career, working for various mortgage companies. As a wholesale Account Executive, Amy was responsible for marketing and sales to a client base of close to 100 companies as well as managing a pipeline, which averaged $15-$20 Million.
With over 10 years of sales and marketing experience, Amy started Connect Marketing and Development, LLC in December of 2007.

Bianca Vandermate
Vice President of Research Development:
Bianca started her clinical career as a Chiropodist in Lich, Germany. After the completion of her training Bianca moved to the United States, where she worked for 14 years in the Arizona Medical and Research Community. Bianca also holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from The American Intercontinental University and a certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator. Having managed a multi physician clinical research office and being in charge of several clinical device and pharmaceutical trials has provided Bianca with years of experience in the medical management and medical research industry. In addition Bianca has developed several marketing and PR strategies for enrollment and promotion of clinical research sites and trials, which have been successfully implemented at multiple centers.
